Boxing Knuckle Guards

These have made a real difference for me. I'm in my forties and came back to training after a long time off — the body doesn't absorb impact the way it did in my twenties, and I picked up some elbow and wrist trouble a few months in that I never would have had at 25.

The extra padding under the wraps takes enough sting out of bag work that I can train at the volume I want without paying for it the next day. It's not a huge amount of material, but it's in exactly the right place, and on a long bag session that adds up.

They stay put once you wrap over them: no sliding around mid-round, which was my worry going in. The knit is comfortable against the skin and doesn't bunch. Machine washable, which matters if you're training a few times a week.

Bought a second pair so I've always got a clean set. If you're an older guy getting back into this, or just finding your joints complain more than they used to, these are a cheap way to keep training consistently.
