UK Customers

Please contact us at customerservice@hayabusafight.co.uk for all warranty, return, and exchange inquiries. Due to the costs and logistics involved with international returns, requests are reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis.

Where a product is approved for return, it must be returned to our facility in the Netherlands.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of return shipping to the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed by Hayabusa.

We recommend using a tracked and insured parcel service and retaining proof of postage. Hayabusa cannot issue a refund or exchange for items that are not received.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, and other applicable fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

T3 Boxing gloves are the best boxing gloves in the world, and we stand by it. Train for up to 90-days and if you’re not satisfied, return it. This is an exclusive offer for our T3 Boxing Glove. If you’re returning them within 45 days then go to the returns and exchange center. If after the 45-day window, please contact customer service directly at customerservice@hayabusafight.com

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once our team inspects your items, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

Items purchased in the last 45 days.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items on Outlet, marked as ‘final round’.
  • Jockstraps, underwear, and groin protectors.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
